    Every workout is challenging with Dawn. She's very easy to work with and is not afraid to push for better results. I appreciate the time she puts towards designing my workouts and her willingness to help me in working out on my own. As my goals change and evolve, so do the workouts. I've always preferred working with a personal trainer, and am really pleased with the progress I've made. If you are apprehensive about spending extra money, her rates are extremely affordable and I truly believe that it's worth the money to invest in your health.

    About two years ago, I met Dawn the same day I finished my first 5K. (I didn't even think I could run, let alone a couple of miles!) Dawn celebrated with me and has been able to challenge me ever since. I have grown to love fitness and have become a bit of a gym rat. It's amazing what the body can do with proper training. Dawn's definitely up for the challenge, is encouraging and helped me realize just how strong I am!

    Working out with Dawn is always fun and at the same time you get a great workout. She puts together a workout based on your goals, these workouts are tough. Frequently, she follows up on your progress and your gives you advice on what to do better. My hamstrings are always tight and with her advice and tips I'm more knowledgeable on what to do. Dawn is not just a personal trainer she is more than that. Every session I do with her normally I'm sore for the next four days and I love that feeling because I feel like I have worked out really hard.This review doesn't do justice to how much I appreciate working out with you every Friday.

    Dawn knows what she is doing. She has helped me take of 25 lbs and keeps me motivated to keep going. Her workouts are well balanced to increase strength, flexibilty and stamina. I started working with her when I committed to a 10 K Mud Run and was nowhere near in shape to complete it. She helped get my stamina and strength up to a level where I was able to finish with some energy to spare. THANKS DAWN!!!

    When I finally made the decision to work out with a personal trainer, I was a little nervous that I would get someone that would make it miserable every time we met. I realized how lucky I was after my first session with Dawn. She is fantastic! Her workouts are tough but they really work and I always feel like I am working out with a friend instead of a drill sergeant. She is constantly changing things so you never get bored and you really get a good workout. She gives great advice for working outside the gym and for meals and is always there to answer any questions you may have. I truly believe that you could not find a better or more caring personal trainer that still gives you a really tough effective workout. She is fabulous!!
