I am a CPT who enjoys working with multiple populations: youth, adults, disability, rehab, HS athletes, and college athletes. I enjoy teaching group activity classes that are fun to see others push one another to another level. I also do skill development basketball training. A former coach and player of the game for 25 years. I enjoy cycling classes as well.
