Starting out in the field of automotive technology industry, David had a lot of problems with pain in the lower back. This led him to the world of health and wellness. David was tired of getting prescribed pills to address his problems and he knew that physical therapy would only be a short-term fix, so he decided to learn about the human body to fix the problem on his own.
Being a musician has helped David to also apply an artistic approach to health and wellness. He always told me; “exercise is an art just as much as a science”, he was right, every human is different and needs an artistic touch to get the most out of a workout.
Throughout his career, David has developed a deep understanding about the human body. He started out only knowing the basics. Seven years later he has become a leader in the field of fitness, he designed his own style of training which works on posture, metabolism, pain management, and performance.

I remembered today, while working out, that I forgot to leave David a review when I discontinued working with him before leaving home for college. That was over two years ago now. The fact that I feel so compelled to write this review should say enough about how incredible David was. David was super adaptable to my needs, structuring not just the workouts to my physical goals but also bringing an encouraging attitude, knowing whether to come at me with high or low energy, and listening and responding to whatever my physical complaint of the day might have been.
I originally chose David out of the five PTs I tried because after my first meeting with David my neck and back pain melted away. Some of the pain I hadn’t even realized was there—David often seemed more aware of my body than I was. As I continued working with David I got stronger in all the right places to alleviate not just the pain but the cause of the pain. Best of luck to David in whatever adventures he must be up to now.

David has been working with me for about 3 months and I am seeing results. I've lost 30 pounds and feel like I am in the best shape of my life. David is very knowledgeable and knows how to give me a great workout without over doing it. He constantly brings new workouts to the table and keeps the sessions fun. I highly recommend David.

David has been working with my anti-exercise 79 year old mother for three months now. We selected David because of his background in senior fitness, corrective exercise, nutrition and message therapy. He works with my mom two times a week on increasing strength that was lost during a year of chemo and radiation therapy. He is also working to strengthen her core to support a very bad back.
David is very, very patient but firm with his reluctant client. There has been a noticeable improvement in her strength and eating habits.
David has turned out to be a perfect trainer for my mother.

I have been working out with David for about six months now. I am in my mid-forties and have gained over 20 pounds in the last few years. I have a very busy schedule, which only made it more difficult to manage my weight gain and fitness.
In just a few months, I have gained noticeable amount of strength and endurance and am on a slow and steady path of weight loss as well.
David’s unique combination of strengths is his ability to train and manage after-workout soreness and pain very well, leaving me enthusiastic to continue to increase my workout level. He is also a very patient instructor and is perceptive enough to increase the pace of the workout based on the trainee’s ability.
I highly recommend David!

David is amazing - He's the perfect mix of tough and encouraging, and can help people from a varying range of fitness levels.
Not only does he come up with amazing workouts that leave me sore for most of the week - he also knows how to deal with different injuries. So, not only can he bring pain but also take it away. This therefore leads to him working you hard !!! That being said, he knows when something painful can be rolled/stretched out rather than just worked around. A couple times when I complained of pain, he rolled out the tight spots and to my amazement, I immediately had a better range of motion.
He lets me have my overall fitness goals and my occasional superficial goals without any judgment.
David is one of the best personal trainer I've ever encountered. He's funny, warm , approachable, demanding, rigorous and really knows his stuff..
If you are looking for a trainer that is not intimidating but still pushes you to succeed David is your answer.
