    I trained with Dave for over a year and half while he was located in Chicago. I trained with him twice a week and enjoyed sessions that were full of variety that would challenge me. Dave is very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and organized. He always arrived early for our sessions with that mornings workout already planned.

    I suffer from cervical spinal stenosis and herniated lumbar disks in my lower back and one of my goals was to be able to lift weights without aggravating any of my spinal issues. By working with Dave, I was able to learn proper form for lifting – especially deadlifting. Dave is serious about proper form and will adjust his client to make sure that are not in danger of injuring themselves. If I was having a flare up, Dave was able to immediately able to modify the exercise to accommodate my flare up or would have me do an alternative exercise.

    I am also a marathon runner and Dave was able to lend his experience in that sport to help me become a better marathoner thru time spent running with me and offering me tips on different running workouts to improve my endurance and speed.

    My overall fitness and running improved greatly after working with Dave. I have more strength and endurance than I did before. I carry forward what he taught me and employ those principles to my solo workouts now. I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and professional trainer who can help you reach your goals

    I worked out with David for four years in Chicago. When I began using him as a trainer I couldn’t even run a 5k. In three years he got me from running nearly nothing, to running a full marathon.

    Aside from running, he also coached me in the gym with circuit training, body weight exercises, and weight machines. Every session started with his concern for any injuries I might have sustained since the last session, which he would use to readjust the session accordingly.

    He was accommodating to scheduling, as I often have work interfere with extracurricular plans. But he always made each session a priority. David is punctual and professional and extremely motivating. I highly recommend him if you prefer a private workout as opposed to group-based training.

    I have been train by David for about 9 months, he has help me tremendously by fitting our session in to my schedule, usually before I head to the office. He changes the routine we do about every 3 or 4 weeks so I don't get bored, my body fat has dropped bout 3% in that time and I am able to finally keep up with my wife when she runs on the on the Lakefront.

    I know David has made a big difference in my fitness and general health.
