I work one to one virtually, have opened a world renowned health club, worked at exercise and nutrition clinics, medical centers, helped facilitate national research studies, make presentations, and write on well-being. When my group wanted to start a fitness challenge we asked Danielle for ideas. She was so excited to help. She had some great ideas and tailored a program for the group and for the individuals. She goes out of her way to meet with us, encourage us and suggest ways to help us stick to our plan. She is enthusiastic and caring. We have success stories ranging from lower blood pressure, to weight loss and even drastic drops in insulin resistance numbers. She has been very helpful.
