    Dan is an incredible trainer; gifted in both assessment and guidance. His ability to get beneath the surface issue to the root source of a problem is remarkable. He is kind, witty, encouraging and patient. He challenges me beyond my comfort zone with gentleness and humor. Becoming stronger and healthier has been fun. I highly recommend him!

    I am definitely stronger and healthier at 70 than I was at 60! My bone density has increased, and my clothing sizes have decreased. Dan pays close attention to my diet, my supplements, and my posture too. He is singularly focused on each client, watching every move. My only complaint: The hour passes too quickly!
    How fortunate I am to have been a client for almost 9 years.

    Dan knows his stuff, and I highly value his expertise. I have only been a client for 3 months, but he has been tremendously helpful to me in my rehab from my car wreck. I was a very active person prior to the wreck, and he has helped me learn a new way to be active again in dealing with my permanent injuries. I like that his fitness program is customized to each client’s individual needs and/or specific issues, and you feel that he is truly working for your best interest and not just applying some “cookie cutter” fitness approach. I encourage you to contact Dan about your fitness needs. The experience he provides is worth your time and money.

    Dan was recommended by a friend; however, not having worked with a trainer before I was very skeptical. I've had several major back surgeries and knew I could not just go to a gym or join a zumba class but also knew I needed to do something to get fit! After only a few weeks of working with Dan, I can already tell I am getting stronger. I'm amazed that Dan can look at the way you walk or your posture and tell which muscles need the most work.
    I appreciate Dan's patience when I can't seem to get it right, and his ability to explain muscles and movements in a completely understandable way. That is a gift most teachers only wish they had. I highly recommend Dan.
