I recieved my Bachelors in Exercise and Health Science from Kennesaw State University in May of 2010. At Kennesaw he was the starting Shortstop on the Division I baseball team. My first internship was a position as the assistant track team coach at Kennesaw. I enhanced their strength program by implementing strategic plyometric training and played a significant role in improving the running form of many sprinters and hurdlers. Post-graduation, I worked as a Sports-Specific Trainer at Rijo Athletics in Woodinville, Washington. I was able to established the Speed and Agility program at Rijo. I also was the sole trainer at the facility whom provided personalized training sessions to the clients (Athletes, Special Population, and General Population) and also educated them on how to live a much healthier lifestyle in the weight room and in every day life.
