Courtney is just plain amazing! I started going to Courtney about 2 1/2 years ago as I was plagued with continual knee pain. I had already had one knee replacement and was heading towards another when Courtney's postural therapy was recommended to me. She evaluated my posture and showed me how the body works as a unit. I thought I had "good" posture, but soon came to discover that even the smallest compensations, would result in anything from knee pain to lower back or even shoulder pain. After providing me with a menu of e-cizes I was in greater control of my own pain management. Since then I have engaged in and enjoyed Courtney's fitness classes. She is a caring, dedicated fitness professional who listens to her clients as she provides individualized recommendations for better physical health.

My wife and I have been clients of Courtney for the past 2 years and have the highest respect for her as a fitness professional. She has provided us with postural therapy routines that we practice when we visit her facility and at home. We have both benefited greatly from Courtney's program. She is also a great person to talk with and listens to her clients needs so she can provide the best solution possible.
