I've worked with other trainers in the past and Cory is definitely in a class by himself. I almost don't want to brag about him, because I don't want to share his time!
There are many things that set Cory apart from others. He stays on top of the latest research and applies it. He doesn't use a cookie cutter approach to his clients.
A Cory workout can include anything from TRX, weight lifting, boxing, shooting baskets, etc. The list just goes on and on. His workouts are tailored to the individual and are never boring. They are challenging and he is constantly tweaking them. He is one of the most motivating and enthusiastic people that I know! I appreciate that even when we are not in a personal training session, he will check in from time to time just to see how things are going.
Cory is always encouraging me to push just a little harder. He reminds me that I can do more than I believe that I can. He even celebrates my accomplishments with me, big or small.
I've lost over 100 lbs since I first started working out with Cory. He has definitely been an integral part of my accomplishment. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work out with him.

Meeting Cory 2.5 years ago changed my life. It was with his help and inspiration that I was able to reach my goal of losing 100 pounds! I can truthfully say that I could not have done it without him. Cory never missed our 5 am sessions and he always came prepared with an exercise plan that would challenge me and keep me motivated. It was hard work but he made it interesting and fun. We started with the fundamentals of form, stance and balance. Then he introduced me to boxing and TRX! Cory empowered me to try different things and believe in myself and my new “athletic” abilities. I started looking forward to our workouts and the next set of challenges that we would conquer. Whenever I hit a plateau, he would always find a way to work through it with me. He changed the way I looked at health and fitness. He trained me, educated me and supported me the whole way.
Along with Cory’s degree in exercise physiology and multiple certifications he has a real enthusiasm for his profession. He is an educated, motivated and dedicated trainer. Cory is committed to helping his clients and gives a 110%.
