Exercising, especially with resistance, is a privilege. Posture-work needs to be the focus before working out with weights (including body), bands, or any other equipment. How do we expect our clients to maintain proper form with a workout if they are troubled with standing/sitting correctly? This is where I intervene and help out with fixing any asymmetries.
