    I'd like to thank Corey for all her help. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but the knowledge she was able to give to me was amazing. I gained strength, lost fat, and learned the proper way to eat. Not only has my confidence improved, but I now have the tools necessary to continue to fitness journey.

    II decided to contact Corey after reading a review on her website, so I am hopeful this review might help someone else looking for a personal trainer. I began working with Corey just after completing rehab for a total knee replacement in order to continue strengthening my knee as well as to work on general fitness. Of course, the added benefit would be to lose some weight along the way. She was thorough in making sure she understood my current physical condition and medical status. Corey was also very thoughtful in doing research to help with my diet. Her demeanor is easy-going and encouraging and in the 15-16 months we have worked together no one could be more surprised and pleased with the progress I have made than myself. Corey patiently listened to my frequent complaints about not being able to do something even before it was attempted and simply continued to encourage as we pushed through. It is quite evident she knows her craft well and is comfortable working with all kinds of people and fitness needs. I loved that she came to my home, which kept me from making excuses for not going to the gym and also motivated me to work on the days between sessions. Who knew you could accomplish so much with just a minimal amount of equipment and things around the home. Corey has my highest recommendation! If you work with her you are sure to reach your goals.     I trained with Corey for about 4 and a half months! She taught me how to eat well and exercise properly. Thanks to Corey, I've lost over 20 lbs! I have regained my self confidence and I am enjoying my new body. Thanks Corey! You are truly amazing!

    Corey Kelley was my personal trainer for about a month and if I wasnt moving I would do sessions with her still. I loved the workout and also the nutrition information she gave me. I feel alot stronger and leaner then what I was. She helped me reach my goal and she is really good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone !

    I worked with Corey for about 3 months. I have seen significant gains in my overall health and fitness level. I also noted huge losses in inches around my waist and thighs. I appreciate all the hard work in helping me get back on track with my health and fitness. I will be running my first half marathon 29 Apr thanks to Corey getting me back in the game.
