I bench 80# in my forties, do push-ups, pull-ups, bike and run 5Ks. I feel FANTASTIC! I used to have bad habits and back problems. But I turned down a major back surgery, walked into the gym, and have been loving it every since. As a personal trainer, I want all to achieve their goals and enjoy life like I do!
