    I have really enjoyed working out with Daniel. He has pushed me, but also helped me to modify workouts - but keep coming to the gym - through a couple of injuries and also helped me dial in my nutrition.

    I've been working out with Daniel for a few months now and it has been an incredible experience. The perfect pace and always challenging. I can't recommend him enough. His workouts are tailored perfectly for what you need and he is the coolest guy. The difference I have noticed in my own strength and conditioning has been massive thanks to Daniel.

    Dan has been working with me for over two months now, and I have been very impressed with the variability and the functional movement of our workouts. I've noticed greater cardiovascular endurance and increased strength and mobility. I would highly recommend Dan for anyone looking to have a tailored workout that can be very challenging (I asked him to make the workouts hard.... he did).

    I really let myself get weak and out of shape since breaking an ankle 10 months ago. At 54, it's not as easy as it used to be to recover. Daniel has been great at working on a gradient and yet pushing me. I love the fact that he works the whole body every day, in every exercise, and always changes up the routine. It's fresh and very challenging. I'm feeling stronger and am seeing a difference in my shape. I'm really glad I found him. Highly recommended.

    I've never before had a personal trainer but Daniel is exactly what I was looking for. He varies the exercises and pushes you to your level. He adjusts work outs based on your abilities and needs and it's always a good, if tiring, workout. He makes sure to include arms, legs, and core in almost every workout and he uses lots of exercises that you can do on your own as well. I feel noticeably different in terms of strength and conditioning and in a short amount of time.
