    If you are a middle aged woman struggling with weight issues and need a customized fitness plan to help you become strong and healthy, I recommend without hesitation that you stop dithering and call Cindy Kobulnicky NOW!

    On the cusp of 60, I was officially handicapped (right ankle) and I had been driving a scooter at work for years. (I also suffer from moderate carpal tunnel in both wrists and tennis elbow in my right arm.) I can not walk for exercise and even the elliptical machine is too hard on my ankle. Fortunately, I can cycle. As you can imagine, these limitations made it extremely frustrating for me whenever I tried to participate in regular group classes at my gym because I was unable to do many of the exercises (No Downward Dog for me!) One day I reached a epiphany - I realized that it would be much better for me to spend money on a superb personal trainer than to get yet another wardrobe in a higher size. After making the decision to put the financial investment towards becoming more fit and healthy, I researched local personal trainers and discovered Cindy Kobulnicky.

    Cindy has over 40 years experience in weight training and fitness training specifically designed for women. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of fitness and training routines. Each of my sessions is varied and customized to maximize my progress. Cindy is totally engaged and gives me 100% of her attention during each session. She monitors every move I make closely for safety and good form. Cindy is kind, supportive and “kick ass” at that same time.

    I have been seeing Cindy 2 times a week for 60 minutes for approximately two and a half years. I am absolutely delighted with the way she has systematically strengthened my whole body. I have lost 5 pounds. Most importantly, I am convinced that my more toned body is the key factor in helping me maintain my weight for the last 30 months. (Since I became handicapped the weight piled on and I participated in two medically supervised liquid diet programs. Yikes! ) Now I try to eat more sensibly. I cycle 3 times a week. And I work out with Cindy 2 times a week. With my prior (okay, and current) struggle with weight gain, keeping out of the obese zone and staying in the overweight zone is a proud achievement for me. I feel strong and fit. I actually have abs. Last week when I looked over my first set of measurements from when I first started working with Cindy I was surprised and delighted to realize that I have lost 7 inches on my stomach!!! I have been a size 12 for almost 3 years. I now dare to wear tank tops. I now have an active and richer life and I know I would never have achieved any of this without Cindy’s expert instruction.
