Hi all,

For some reason I have always been fascinated with super heroes and helping others. So, at the age of 11, I learned about fitness and that you can actually improve strength, stamina, and health. I was hooked!

Currently, I am a competitive powerlifter working toward a triple bodyweight squat and deadlift as well as a double bodyweight bench press while staying athletic, lean, and injury free!

As a trainer, I help others learn how to reduce risk of injury while improving strength, stamina, balance, over all fitness and health, as well as confidence and quality of life! It's always great to see others improve and become more engaged in life!

    Chris is the perfect trainer for me. I always feel a little nervous before I go to a workout, but Chris makes me feel very comfortable and calm. He knows his stuff and is a very kind person. I learn a lot from him, and I know that I am in good hands because he makes sure I am moving at a pace that is right for me. He is clearly dedicated to fitness and helping others. I am amazed at my progress since I started a few months ago. Chris plans my sessions so that I am always improving, and he takes the intimidation out of fitness.

    I've been working with Chris for around 5 months now and it must be noted that this man is a fantastic fitness professional. My one rep maxes in the squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press have all increased between 25-50lbs. Moreover, his calm, logical approach to training prevents me from over exerting and keeps the personal records, in all movements and rep ranges, coming on a weekly basis. Excellent trainer.
