For some reason I have always been fascinated with super heroes and helping others. So, at the age of 11, I learned about fitness and that you can actually improve strength, stamina, and health. I was hooked!
Currently, I am a competitive powerlifter working toward a triple bodyweight squat and deadlift as well as a double bodyweight bench press while staying athletic, lean, and injury free!
As a trainer, I help others learn how to reduce risk of injury while improving strength, stamina, balance, over all fitness and health, as well as confidence and quality of life! It's always great to see others improve and become more engaged in life!
