Chris Cooper is an NSCA-CPT and has put great effort into maintaining a high level of continuing education so that his clients get the very best out of their session. He is currently is trained to use kettlebells, TRX, and ViPR. Additionally Chris holds a BA in Health Science from Hartwick College, an Associates degree in Occupational Studies for Massage Therapy from the Swedish Insitute. One of the most beneficial aspects of his education that he finds key to his ability to help his clients is the numerous hours spend learning and interning under Physical Therapists. His educational background is why he is a go to trainer for special population clients in his gym. One of Chris' core philosophies is that people do not move as often and as well as they should. This core principle surrounds every one of his training sessions as he tries to not only improve his clients movement patterns, but whatever other goals they may have, be it athletic performance or fat loss.
