Through my degrees in human biology & exercise science, I learned of the many intricate movements the human body is able to perform, as well as the limitations of muscles, bones, ligaments and joints. With this understanding, I continue to study anatomy & physiology to best serve my clients. I currently specialize in slow & controlled strength training on MedX equipment in a clinical setting. I offer this very safe and effective training technique that saves my clients tremendous amounts of time. During the warmer months, I also offer stand up paddle boarding lessons.
