I always bring my sandbag! People love it! I also bring a bosu for most clients and a medicine ball. I always feel prepared if I have those things. Beyond that I can usually work with what I have; stairs, benches, etc..

Hi! I train mostly young stay at home moms but a large part of my client base either work in the restaurant industry or are artists. Both groups of people tend to be young and full of enthusiasm. Attending conferences and workshops always re-energizes me. I also take a month total off through the year to focus on me and my family. I go back to work fresh. Usually i do it around the holidays and during the summer. That way I don't disrupt me clients as they usually have plans too!

I agree with the above posts. I list my rates despite the fact that I've read you shouldn't for the reason stated by Nicole.
