Hi! My friends call me Chris and I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I began teaching Yoga Sculpt and Vinyasa Yoga at CorePower Yoga in 2011 and became certified with the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer in 2012. I have continued my education with functional fitness and nutrition coaching training. I enjoy working with individuals and small groups focused on general fitness. My certification through Precision Nutrition allows me to confidently and safely guide clients to long-term weight loss, muscle gain and specific sports nutrition goals.     Having Chris as my fitness trainer has been awesome. Being used to group classes I wasn't sure what to expect with one on one training. Wow, I knew right away she and I were a good fit and that I was going to make great progress. She shows up fully charged and ready to work my bootie! Each workout is different, never boring, and I always finish feeling stronger. Motivated. Encouraged to meet my goals. Chris believes in my abilities...I need that. She records each workout...reps, weights, sets, etc.. This way when I'm working out alone I'm not stuck wondering what to do next. Open my journal and pick from a variety of detailed workouts. Works great for me! I never workout as hard as I do with Chris though...she pushes me that extra bit that makes all the difference. I'm so happy with my progress both physically and mentally....and it's all due to Chris. She ROCKS!

    Chris always brings positive energy and a personal touch to her workouts. There are days I don't feel like working out but Chris is always there with a big smile, words of encouragement, and upbeat music to motivate me! I've never regretting coming to one of her classes, she truly cares about her students and it shows!

    Chris is an outstanding fitness coach both personally & in a group setting. She makes it fun, challenging and is incredibly focused on form and technique for safety & health. Loved every minute and felt great as well.

    My workouts with Chris are always a highlight of my day. All of the workouts bring such a range of muscle targets that I would have never known to work on my own, and she always plays great music for the sessions! I have fun in the classes and feel great because of them - thank you so much!
