A friend of mine recommended Christina as a great specialist. As a result, I received a great mood after each session, self-confidence, necessary and essential knowledge in the field of nutrition and self-development. Christina is a very competent coach. Our cooperation lasted 1 year, for this year I lost weight from 210 to 190 pounds with the help of functional training and nutrition, which was provided by Christina. The nutrition plan consisted of 5 meals for 3 days that alternated. The weight loss was gradual and steady, approximately 1 lb per week. After that, strength training began that gave strength and relief to my muscles. The main indicator of the professionalism of the coach for me is that the coach must constantly follow my exercise technique, guide me through every exercise, control my state of health and not be distracted during the session, know weaknesses and problem areas of the client. Christina is a professional in her field. I am grateful for the results that she helped me to achieve. Thank you, Christina.

I would like to write a few words about the wonderful coach Christina. I’ve been training with her for one and a half years. Our collaboration turned into a friendship. She is an ambitious, hardworking, purposeful, experienced professional. To improve my body and my shape after third pregnancy, Christina gave me some tips on how to keep fit and correctly advised me the variety for my daily diet. Each training was individual, wasn’t like another one. Kristina smoothly increased the load, encouraged and evenly coached me. I am very grateful to Christina for the time spent together, for my wonderful results, our achievements, friendship, for her professionalism. I am very proud of my results with Christina!

For me, training with Christina means fun, good mood and, of course, an excellent result. Christina is a very responsible and friendly person. You can always count on her and it’s a real pleasure working with her. Since I am only 16 years old and I'm new to fitness, spotting and clear explanation of exercise technique is extremely important. Christina is good at it! She always cheers you up and shares tips. Training sessions are intensive and well built. I am very glad that at the very beginning of my path to healthy lifestyle and a good shape I met Christina. She also taught me the basics of proper nutrition and gave unforgettable experience. I am grateful for the wonderful sessions and recommend Christina as a trainer and Health Coach :)

Christina is a great trainer. She’s punctual, modern, agreeable. Christina thoroughly thought through each workout session. She is not the one who will give you easy time, but that is what I love about her. During the session Christina’s always by your side giving valuable advice and providing support. I also really appreciated her nutrition advice. The result I got was very satisfying.
Christina is a real expert of her field. Highly recommended!
