I'm a coach and an educator, a responsive, progressive, and credentialed Personal Trainer, Nutritional Coach, and Women's Health and Wellness Advocate. With the help of leading scientific research from the most well-established professional medical institutions in the world, I tirelessly devote myself to obtaining workable knowledge of the information surrounding lifestyle change through education, fitness and nutrition. My clients and I work together. We are a team. Together we create an intelligent, realistic, clear and customizable plan of action that is sustainable, and will deliver dramatic results according to the needs my clients specify. My philosophy has evolved to recognize that the primary mechanism of personal behavior change, when understood, is altering long established habits. Using motivational and positive counseling strategies, a deep understanding of biomechanics, human movement, human physiology and nutritional science, setting the foundation of a perfect body happens through creating lasting change and then continuing to build upon it. Exposing individuals to the power of reconstruction they hold within themselves through self-exploration, motivates me. Watching a person's health evolution grants me excitement for more, and guiding them toward a better, more vigilant way of living on their own terms through health and wellness, creates an inspirational feeling in me that I strongly believe is worth spreading.

Another awesome experience with Christina. Her enthusiasm for my personal well-being is amazing - she fills the session with tips on nutrition, stretching and explanations of what is limiting my body. I have struggled with trying to get a 61 year old body into shape and ended up in physical therapy twice. Christina understands limits but also pushes me, which is exactly what is needed. I am feeling better than ever which is allowing me to go back to hiking and biking. I highly recommend her !!

Christina is one of the most motivational fitness experts I have ever met. She knows how to educate about a healthy diet and all things exercise related. She is well versed in how to prevent injuries for those of us who are a bit "older" in body but she doesn't allow you to feel older or to even use age as an excuse not to workout. When I came to Christina I had just recovered from an injured knee and she took time to help me build my knee strength back up and at the same time helped me strengthen my back and core muscles. She is a sincere, enthusiastic, kind, inspirational and devoted fitness teacher who always has a smile on her face.

Hands down the best trainer I've ever had. Christina's style is very interactive and she contains so much energy and enthusiasm it's impossible not to have fun while getting in shape. When working with Christina it's not just about the hour together in the gym. She genuinely cares about your whole lifestyle. She's a wealth of knowledge regarding injury prevention, she's a walking nutritional guide, and the biggest and most important cheerleader you'll ever need in your life. She kicked my ass into gear and with her help I've reached my weight loss goal of 80 pounds! If you're serious about transforming your life, I have no doubt that Christina will help you achieve your goals.

My experience with Christina was awesome!! She is super high-energy and is the best person to kick your butt and get you in shape. There is no time for quitting or giving up with Christina, because she is always motivating and encouraging to keep you going. In addition, she is super knowledgeable about nutrition and what works to meet your weight loss and/or fitness goals. Her personality is great and she actually makes working out fun. I would recommend her to anyone...she cares about her clients.
