    I have never been into physical training. I have mostly done yoga/hot yoga and some biking on and off. As I got into my 40s, I started having all kinds of issues .. back aches, foot pain, general lack of stamina etc. etc. I had seen Chris train others at my work gym on and off. And had wondered how would it be to try working out with him for some time and see if things got any better. Finally, instead of just wondering about it, I thought I would try it out.

    Now about 8 months or so into working out with Chris, I am sitting here am wondering why I waited and suffered so long. I should have started training with him much sooner. I had tried everything possible for my backaches – acupuncture, chiropractors, yoga etc. etc – and for years! Working with Chris has made all the difference. My severe backaches feel like a thing of the past, my body feels more alive and overall I feel much much better.

    I was looking for somebody who would push me, but wouldn’t push me too hard. Would make each day I train different and interesting, would gradually build me up, and was easy to work with. I have to say Chris met all my requirements. He is not your run of the mill trainer – one thing that comes right from the first day you work with him is that he cares! He genuinely wants you to feel stronger, better and happier. And he works hard each day you train with him. I am really grateful that I found Chris at our work gym. He has made a big difference to my life.
