I have a B.S. Degree in Health Fitness from Springfield College and over 30 years experience helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve personal success. I design innovative exercise programs that create results and include fat loss, muscle toning, strength training and sport specific training. I train beginner through advanced exercisers including competitive high school athletes, collegiate athletes and seniors and specialize in training women. I am currently the Fitness Coordinator of the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston and a Personal Trainer at Fitness Unlimited in Milton, I am a certified Functional Movement Specialist and certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, American Council on Exercise, Arthritis Foundation and the American Heart Association.
