Chelsea has experience working in clinical and academic settings. She earned her M.S. degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL); she is also a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. After earning her M.S. degree, she worked as a teaching and research assistant in the Exercise and Sport Science department at UWL. She helped coordinate and conduct various research studies and has several journal publications. In 2017, Chelsea moved to Washington to work in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation as a Clinical Exercise Specialist. Chelsea believes in treating each client as an individual. One approach will not work for everyone. Having an eclectic background in the exercise physiology field enhances her creative problem-solving skills. "The simplest solution tends to be the right one."
