I'm a U.S. Marine, avid outdoorsman, and personal trainer by trade. I've had a passion for health and fitness my entire life. Since 2004, I've been sharing my love for fitness by educating others and motivating them to pursue a healthier lifestyle. As a Marine Veteran, I instill the same dedication, integrity, and commitment that I had in the military with my clients. My goal is for my clients to reach and exceed their goals and know that they did it all on their own! My biggest philosophy is that you have to Take Action! Your health is your responsibility, so stop procrastinating and take action! The day you take action is the first day of the rest of your life!

I have been a close friend to Charles since 2001. It wasn’t until January of this year that I decided to give him a shot at training me. I had tried personal training at a different gym in the past, but was not happy with the trainers that I had. As you can imagine, I was skeptical to try it again, due to my past experience.
However, from the moment I started training with Charles, I knew he was a person that could help me achieve new goals and also the one that would help change my life for the better. I have been challenged and pushed by Charles, and he has taught me a great deal about not only fitness, but health and nutrition as well. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals.
I have been very impressed by his passion to help clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect with his clients. It’s because of him that I have agreed to a long term fitness program, and it’s because of him that many of my friends have also signed up for personal training sessions.
Charles is very attentive and meticulous as to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far he can push them. He encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet he knows how much I am capable of. He deserves the best compliments from me. I plan to be a long-term client and continue to refer Charles to everyone I know.

Charles has helped motivate and transform me to into a healthier and
stronger person. Although I have only been working with Charles for a
few months, I have already noticed differences in my body and in my
everyday life. Charles has helped me to monitor my progress. I am most
impressed with Charles' adaptability. He personalized the sessions to
suit my needs and allowed me to work my way up to more challenging
exercises as he carefully monitored my form. Charles addressed my
imbalances (one side being weaker than another), acknowledged my
weaknesses (pre-existing knee and wrist pain), and has helped me learn
to move in ways that will help prevent future injury. With his
knowledge on nutrition and dietary supplements, Charles has even gone
the extra mile to help me change my diet, increase my water intake,
and identify appropriate dietary supplements to help maximize my

I've been working out with Charles for over 3 years now. The thing I love about Charles is that he constantly has something new and exciting to add to our workouts. He is always researching the best ways to improve our routine. His knowledge about fitness and nutrition is far beyond anyone I know. I find myself constantly asking him questions about nutrition so I can become healthier and implement his knowledge into my daily lifestyle. I trust everything he tells me because I know how passionate and knowledgeable he is about fitness and nutrition. He truly makes it his life. He's a joy to be around inside and outside the gym and is always motivating me to be the best I can no matter what I am doing. Hi I have known Charles for many years! He's always been a person who I turn to for help with fitness whether it has been about dietary advice or problems I'm having reaching my goals.
