As a seasoned fitness professional, I have been certified as a personal trainer since 2002 and teaching group fitness since 2008. I hold personal training certifications with AFAA and ACE. TRX suspension and functional training qualifications and group fitness certifications with AFAA, Les Mills BODYPUMP®, SPINNING®, Beachbody P90X, Insanity, and PIYO programs. In addition to personal training and teaching group fitness, my background in athletics includes coaching female athletes in basketball at the college, high school, and AAU levels. I am also an avid outdoor cyclist.
