I have had several trainers in the past 30 years. Kate ranks the best! Her knowledge and experience in the fitness, strength and core training arena far surpasses any trainer I have worked with. In addition, she makes the whole workout experience fun and educational because along the way I learned quite a bit about my posture and balance. I highly recommend Kate.

I have been training with Kate the past few years and for somebody who absolutely hates working out, she makes it fun and I forget that I hate it! Kate's very knowledgeable and personable. She tailors the workout to my needs. I also love that she incorporates yoga. She is always mixing up the workout so it's not boring. Before working out with Kate I was in constant pain every time I stood up from a seated position. After just a few weeks of working out with her, that pain has disappeared. She's an excellent trainer!

I trained with Kate last year and she helped me lose 30lbs! In addition, the exercises she trained me in helped build core strength, greatly increasing my flexibility and reducing potential injury to my lower back. I am 55 and love to garden, so flexibility is a big deal and I would often feel pain in my lumbar region. Thanks to Kate, I have been pain-free, I feel stronger, and have more energy. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful trainer.

Kate is a wonderful trainer and coach. On hikes and bike trips she encourages us to go the distance and sets a pace that is healthy with breaks for wonderful yoga. My favorite is NIA dance which is so much fun. Kate radiates enthusiasm and energy.

I have been training with Kate for several years. She is so knowledgable and in tune with me and my needs. I like that she encourages me to push myself but not beyond what is safe for me. Her understanding of anatomy and body mechanics is invaluable as she tailors training to the areas where I need to improve. Kate is always positive and supportive and fun! I'm very thankful to have such a great trainer.
