I train clients in their homes, pools, and at Club Form Denver. I also offer virtual training through Zoom, and coming in spring 2021, through Jijo. I offer strength and conditioning, endurance, flexibility, yoga, yoga therapy, and balance training. I have experience working with hip replacements, post-rehab. clients (including knee and back surgeries), seniors, postural dysfunctions, cancer patients, prenatal, recreational athletes, those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and more. I strive to make exercise enjoyable for my clients!

Carrie was my yoga instructor at my gym and I enjoyed her class so much. I hired Carrie as my personal trainer for 2 years. She was very focused on what I needed and kept me motivated. She was sensitive to my limitations but at the same time pushed me to do my best. Carrie changed up sessions to keep it interesting and she was lots of fun to work out with. Very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend her services.

Carrie is amazing! She trains my 90 year old Mom and is wonderful with her! She is the best Trainer and I have worked with several. I am so thankful we found her! She is great at nutrition and physical fitness. Truly and outstanding Trainer I would highly recommend her!

Carrie is my Yoga class instructor first and I accidentally knew that she also does personal training. I've done several classes with her now. I basically want to work for my upper body. Carrie is great to recognize your needs and give you trainings on the parts you want to work with. If you are looking for someone who is professional and fun, I highly recommend Carrie.

I've been working with Carrie for the last year to increase my overall strength and fitness level. Friends, family and total strangers have all commented on the new strength in my arms and shoulders in particular. Working with Carrie has been great, she is fun and knowledgeable, and I think she enjoys seeing the results at least as much as I do if not more. If you're looking for someone to up your game and motivate you, I highly recommend Carrie.

I went to Carrie last year to get more motivation and stay on track with my weight training. She created several different workouts for me to use when I work out alone as well as introducing new exercises and workout tools whenever we workout together. She always addresses the goals I have, whether it be a particular problem area or an ache/pain I have. Since I have been working with her, I have noticed a dramatic difference in my strength; notably, I have not needed to see my chiropractor as much due to her targeting areas that used to cause me discomfort. I am never bored during our workouts because of Carrie's vivacious personality and dynamic workouts. She is also extremely reliable and punctual.
