I've been a trainer for a few decades but what really matters is what I can do for you! Two areas I've really mastered are getting rid of annoying small or big pains, and staying slim the easy way.
What does that mean? Let's take staying slim. The body's a complex machine and I take care of the science stuff and give you the simple tips on how to eat so it runs amazing and drops the weight. Every body is slightly different and you need a guide. We do some questions on stress, hormones, how you eat, and what your lifestyle is like and then I teach you how to eat anywhere anytime.
Don't worry you won't be forever tracking, stressing, or "dieting."

So, here's the thing on pain and injuries. The body wants to heal itself and again works together in bones and muscles from top to bottom. Ever been to a chiropractor or a masseuse to feel better but only for a bit?
They are awesome at adjusting you into the right place, but if your muscles are tight in the wrong places and weak and long in other places you will walk around and get back into pain.
It's not about standing up straight, it's about correcting your musculature so your body does it for you!
So, I take a look at whats bent the wrong way, teach you how to straighten it out and combine it with the strength toning and fat loss goals you have to make you a new person.
