Camay Hammond

I achieved my BSN @ PLU in Tacoma, WA & worked as an RN on an adult medical/surgical floor for 3 years in a major, urban hospital before resigning to raise my 3 children. During this time, I discovered my passion for fitness. After attaining important goals for myself I discovered how rewarding it is to help others achieve their fitness goals & I believe that attaining these goals not only benefits one's physical being but also one's mental state, which is just as important, if not more, to living a full & gratifying life. I love helping others & hearing their accomplishments is a reward in itself.
