I have over 8years of Health and Fitness experience. I am a certified personal trainer with ISSA (International Sports Science Association), Expert Rating Certified Personal Training, and I hold a Sports Nutrition Certification. I began my fitness career as an in house trainer. I would travel to business and homes and provide my personal training services to those who requested in the forms of one on one sessions, partner training sessions, and group class. With my experience I have been able to build a career promoting weight loss, mass gain, muscle endurance, correcting postural imbalances, and increasing client flexibility. I became a personal trainer because I enjoy making a change in others lives. Seeing someone accomplish their goals is rewarding. I have been able to build relationships and help my clients to pursue a long lasting healthier lifestyle. My life is health and fitness and I enjoy welcoming my clients to the world of health and fitness.

    I recently had hernia surgery and was down to 170lbs. I could not work out for 8 months. Byshi set up a work out plan and diet. I reached my target goal recently and it was all thanks to him. Very grateful!

    I've been training with Byshi for two years. He is wonderful to work with and a great role model of how to live a healthy, fitness-focused lifestyle. During personal training appointments, Byshi customizes each workout to my specific goals and ensures the correct form is used for each exercise. His group classes are challenging, interactive, and allows people of all fitness levels to participate at their own pace. Byshi's pleasant, upbeat personality makes working out fun. I highly recommend working out with Bshyi if you want to be challenged and see results!

    The first day I started at Art Fitness, training with Byshi, truthfully I gained an older brother that day. As time passed, my body began to change for the better, I started gaining confidence, liking what I was seeing in the mirror. Byshi challenged me in a lot of ways, I had never been so sore, and I do not wish those sprints in the parking lot on my worst enemy! Even with the challenge, I enjoyed it so much, because the whole time I was truly just hanging out with a great friend, a big brother. Byshi is the best trainer I could have asked for. He wants you to reach your goals, and he shows you how to do everything you need to do. I learned so much from him. Not only did he help me improve my body through exercise, he taught me the right things to eat and drink on a daily basis. He gave a meal plan that made a huge difference for me and helped me lose weight. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is something I could always count on, I felt like I could ask any question and get an informed answer.
