I became a personal trainer through ISSA in 2005 and I have grown through the years to love and appreciate the human body. Because I enjoy training and working with people, the clients see that and enjoy their experiences with me and get a great workout. Our workouts are never the same, so we progress at each session to gain better mobility and stability through the joints. My mission is to advance my clients health and fitness through detailed quality training. My passion for higher education will pay a role in your success.

    I have worked with Brian since April 2011, have seen improvement in muscle tone, strength and overall energy level. Brian is very knowledgeable and well informed, best at developing individualized program that takes into account any prior injuries/limitations, strengths, weaknesses and goals.

    Brian provides an interesting and fresh perspective in fitness and health, one that I wasn't aware of. This combined with his expertise in MAT has helped me improve overall muscle use effectiveness and helped me achieve a sense of balance in my body. I definitely look forward to his sessions.
