Brian Savage has been a personal trainer in the Atlanta area for the last sixteen years. He is a nationally certified, full time, highly qualified trainer who also holds a degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Georgia State University. For over a decade Brian has been working with people who are looking to shed their skin, and perhaps some of what lies just underneath, and step into a brand new body. He is passionate about what he does and his attitude and program reflect it. He is also a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.

"I've made it my passion to help people like you learn how simple it is to shed fat, develop and sculpt muscle and take total control of the way you look and feel. I am sure you have attempted diets, “magic” pills and numerous exercise routines; however none of them worked to bring you the long term, permanent results that you wanted to achieve. I've spent countless hours studying the body and the information I've acquired has brought me to a position I don’t take lightly."

Great Trainer!. I've been going to the gym for about 5 years. Over the last year, I realized I had plateaued and decided to find someone to help me out. I found Brian and after my first session, I realized that I had just going through the motions before. I've been with him now for about 6 weeks and I've already seen so much improvement. I'm stronger and leaner and looking forward to improving even more over the coming weeks. Not only is he helping me now, but he's giving me the tools I will need to help me for the future.
