I started training with Brian 6 months ago. I had previously been training at the local cross fit franchise as well as with another trainer out of my home. I can honestly say that Brian has helped me develop more strength, flexibility and agility in 6 months than the year I had previously invested with cross fit and the other trainer. What makes Brian unique is how he custom tailors his training program based upon each of his clients strengths and weaknesses. My weakness has been a prior shoulder injury and a sensitive back. In cross fit training with a group I had struggled with re activating these injuries. With Brian we have been able to work around these injuries to be able to accomplish my fitness goals. His work outs are never boring and he has an extensive mastery of all exercises and training methods. You might start you workout with kettle bells and end TRX. During work out sessions Brian is focused on you, you success and your safety. With a busy professional lifestyle my time for fitness is scarce and Training with Brian 3 days a week accomplishes more than I could cross fitting every day for a week. Brian is fun to work with and a true professional and gentleman.

Brian is by far the best and most dedicated personal trainer I've worked with over the years. I am 41 and Brian is one of a few personal trainers that has the (true) ability/skill to train people with a martial arts/kick boxing background. He is not easy and that is good for folks who work full time and must use their time efficiently. Plus, his training sessions are never boring and, for the first time, in a long time, I look forward to working out/training. Oh, both my wife and I work out with him - and my wife echoes my comments. She is a local doc and only has a few days a week to dedicate to working out, so she appreciates Brian's scheduling flexibility.
We both would recommend Brian to anyone.

I've been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. The majority of those years was spent working as a VP for one of the nations largest health club chains, overseeing thousands of personal trainers over those years. I've worked with Brian in various capacities in fitness for over 15 years now. Brian is by far among the top trainers I've worked with. He gives all of his clients 100% attention and maximum focus, regardless if a person is his first client of the day or his last client of the day. He stays ahead of the latest training techniques and technology. He's an early riser which is great for the 'professional' clientele who usually prefer to start their day early. He can nurture those needing to be nurtured or he can push the highest trained athlete to new highs. He's not one of those trainers you see just standing there counting to ten. Brian is a professional, and he's highly trained in the field. He's a motivator. He's conscientious. He's caring. He's a teacher. Many of his clients have continued life long friendships with him, yet he always maintains his professionalism. If you are new or advanced, Brian's the one for you.

I have been training with Brian for approximately one year both in home and at the gym. Brian is the most motivating and experienced trainer that I have ever worked with. He makes workouts both fun and challenging. I never thought that my fitness goals would ever be achievable but Brian brought my dreams to reality with his custom eating and workout plans. Feeling good and looking good is soo important to me now...I forever want Brian to be my trainer. I know I couldn't get the support, encouragement, and caring attitude from anyone else.

I was introduced to Brian a few years back at an LA Fitness that he was affiliated with. When first coming to him, I didn't have much weight to lose but wanted to tone and tighten my body in a healthy and safe manor. Brian was currently managing the personal trainers and had lined me up with someone who didn't quite match my needs so he decided to dedicate some of his time in order to win me over and prove that his team was indeed a good one.
That being said I joined him a few times a week for some of the greatest workouts I've ever experienced. His knowledge of the body, and female body for that matter was such a breath of fresh air, as I am 5'1 and about 120lbs, I did not want to bulk up and look masculine.
His dedication and professionalism was through the roof!!! We met on weekends, holidays, super early or late and he was always 100% there with me to make me push myself out of my comfort zone to do my best!
For anyone looking to bring their fitness to the next level, I would Highly recommend Brian. He is an all around amazing person with great work ethic and a passion for helping his clients! He taught me things that I've been able to carry with me over the years and I am very thankful to have been a client for the time that I was! :)
