Brian is hands down one of the best trainers you will work with. His vast knowledge of fitness and unmatched creativity make his training sessions unique and interesting. One day you may be doing squats or dead-lifts, the next you are doing sprints around the track or box jumps on the bleachers. Brian's sessions are geared towards your goals and how to achieve them. You will learn about how to use the equipment that is actually going to help you and his attention to form will prevent injury and increase strength. He is the type of trainer that ensures you are doing the exercise properly and isolating the correct muscles.
Aside from creating a cool customized lifting regime, Brian also knows how to provide the right mix of motivation and patience to guide you along. The workouts will always be fresh and he will come to each session ready to go with a positive attitude. Brian's work ethic and devotion to his profession and to your goals is what separates him from the others.
You are going to see results by working out with him. You will bust your ass, will probably be sore, and will sweat a ton, but there is no better feeling than making progress and seeing results. Brian is the kind of trainer that gets you there and you will see why he is successful in what he does. He will challenge you to do that extra set and will not put a task in front of you that you cannot do, just as long as you have the right effort and attitude.
I highly recommend Brian to anyone serious about focusing on their fitness goals. His athletic history and education in applied exercise science is impressive and shows his dedication to the field. Most importantly, his professionalism and genuine interest in clients well-being makes him the kind of trainer you want to workout with. Even on vacation, I got emails making sure I was sticking to the program and not slacking. Be ready to put in the time and dedication and you will not regret it!
He also helped with my golf swing.

I contacted Brian through this site after searching around for trainers that could work within my hectic schedule. This was my first time using a personal trainer, and i couldn't have asked for someone better! He really taught me a lot, and gave me that motivation that i needed to get back in shape, and become healther. Learning about all the gym equipment, how to use them correctly, learning about different movements and exercises, and most importantly how to target certain areas. I strongly recommend him, as my experience was great!
