    BL is the best of the best... He's constantly trying to challenge you and listens to any/all input. Furthermore, his engagement in a variety of physical training regimens allows him to provide cross-training exercises and tips in a flash. If you're looking for something fresh and someone who is attentive and adapatable, Brendan is your man.

    Brendan is an attentive, caring and motivating personal trainer! He genuinely cares for his clients and is careful to take into consideration any injuries, weaknesses, etc. He is great at motivating you to get through the exercises and works to keep training fun and interesting. He comes up with new exercises and challenges each week to work each muscle. I highly recommend Brendan as a personal trainer!

    Brendan has been my personal trainer since January 2011. He has done a tremendous job. I have become leaner, stronger and improved my conditioning because of his coaching, encouragement and his ability to motivate me in the gym. He changes up the workouts which I believe is key in not reaching plateaus. He also incorporates the TRX which shocks the muscles. In addition, he has provided me helpful nutritional suggestions regarding cereal, grass fed beef, Whey protein and amino acids. I have seen substantial results since Brendan has been my trainer. He is patient, an active listener, and provides constructive feedback on to improve your form on the various exercises to reach optimal results. I would highly recommend his services.
