Brandon has been making his mark in the fitness industry for over ten years now. With an extensive background in fitness and nutrition, he has had the privilege of training all types of populations ranging from athletes to corporate executives, young to old, and everyone in-between. Recently, he has taken his expertise to film and television. As Fitness Director and Head Trainer of Cinemax's hit television series, Banshee, he is responsible for keeping the cast fit and agile throughout each season. When it comes to training his clients, Brandon strives for excellence, consideration, motivation, innovation and fun. He believes that a person's success is directly related to the quality of his/her work and not the quantity. This is why he places the utmost importance on form. Additionally, he will always assess each client's level of health, fitness, and nutrition before designing a fitness program for them. This allows him to design personalized fitness routines and nutrition plans that he can use to train and educate his clients for long-term success. Whether the client wants to train in the comfort of his/her own home or at the local park, Brandon brings the gym to the client! All he asks is to bring a great attitude and willingness to work!

I worked with Brandon for the better part of 2 years, and it’s no exaggeration to say he didn’t just change my body - he changed my life. Brandon is the best combination of a mechanic and a sculptor. He has an intimate and deep knowledge of both physiology and exercise techniques, and possesses keen insight in observing the various needs of his clients. In my case, he was amazingly perceptive about the ins and outs of my body and its workings, and he was able to both push me hard and protect me at the same time. Through him, I became stronger, leaner, more flexible, and vastly more fit. He’s also exceedingly professional and one of the most lovely people you’ll ever meet. Over the course of time, he became a fitness mentor, a confidant, and a friend - I simply can’t recommend him more.

I had the amazing opportunity to be trained by Brandon, while working on the show Banshee. What struck me the most about him was his constant concern and awareness of my past ailments and his dedication to improve them. After training with him all summer, I can definitely say, the initial pains I started training with have subsided. He made me aware of what I was compensating for and helped me work on strengthening. I am in the best shape of my life and he guided me there. Thank you Brandon!

Brandon is truly one in a million as a trainer. He's far and away the best trainer I have ever worked with and I am in my 50's. When I first met him, I was recovering from a serious illness and injury and his background is extensive in this domain. Brandon helped me successfully build muscle even with my structural/postural limitations. Once I was healthier, Brandon developed a program that allowed me to challenge myself and become even stronger. Unlike many trainers who have a "cookie cutter" approach, Brandon always knows when to push and when to back off and is constantly thinking of new things to try to keep training interesting. On top of all this, he is one of the kindest and most considerate people I have met in a long time. A pleasure to work with.
