Wayne for seven years and was deployed twice during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Brandon enjoys many outdoor activities such as, hiking, fishing, and camping.

    I have been working out with Brandon for a year this month. His love for his work is evident. I am in better shape now than I have been in a very long time. Brandon's encouragement and belief in me as well as motivation techniques have kept me moving forward. The workouts are different every time and never easy but, Brandon has a way of making them doable. He expects you to give 110% and holds you accountable and this is what I need. I highly recommend working with him and can't say enough about the experience and not to mention results I've had since I started a year ago.

    I worked out with Brandon about a year ago. He pushed me past my comfort zone and allowed me to learn and do things I wouldn't have if he didn't believe in me. He knows what he is doing and how to push others. He was encouraging and helped me try new things, knowing how capable I was of the different workouts. I saw results instantly and felt great about myself.

    I posted a review of Brandon in Feb 2012 at which time I had only been training with him for 6 weeks. I continued to workout with Brandon on a weekly basis through November 2012 when I moved away from West Lafayette. During the time that Brandon was my trainer, I was able to get to the best fitness level of my life. I ran 2 half-marathons while training with Brandon prior to that my longest distance had been a 10K.

    I wish Brandon lived in my area so I could continue to train with him. He makes sure you do each movement using correct techniques. He pushes you and believes that you can do something even when you don't think you can. He doesn't allow you to believe in "can't". He is very motivational.

    I have worked out all my life. I have never had the tremendous gains in my physical fitness that I am enjoying now that Brandon is my trainer. He knows the right things to say and do to keep me motivated to improve week after week. In fact, I used to weight lift when a much younger man and this past week during an assessment of my progress I benched 312 pounds at 57 years of age and 50 sit-ups in 60 seconds! That alone should be proof of Brandon's excellence as a trainer.

    I worked out with Brandon for several months and he changed my whole philosophy in regard to working out. I was able to get a great workout done in 30 minutes. The workouts included strength training, endurance, cardio, and flexibility--no just "pumping iron." I was challenged each time I went to the gym with something NEW!

    I have no reservations in recommending Brandon as a personal trainer for anyone who is serious about improving their health and well-being
