I got into this profession from my love of fitness and originally teaching as an instructor at LA Fitness. I created a strong bond with the regular attendees in my classes and was inspired by their stories and rewarded with their loyalty to me and the classes I taught. This inspired me to go one step further as a Personal Trainer and then to management. It is the one contact and group inspiration that I missed the most through this experience so I am back to training and teaching where I feel I have the most motivation to help others succeed in their fitness goals.

    Brandi is an awesome fitness instructor. I have been taking group fitness classes for several years and she is certainly the best instructor that I have ever had. She motivates you to push yourself and work hard during her classes. I also saw changes in my strength and body tone when I was taking her classes.

    In my 30 years taking workout classes, I have never come across an instructor like Brandi. She is the type of instructor that all instructors should aspire to be like. She changes up her routine every class and always introduces new exercises. It’s definitely never boring and always challenging. And she keeps a close eye on the class, making sure everyone is doing the workout properly by either walking around to correct individuals or demonstrating the correct technique from the front of the class. She also keeps us involved by asking us what body part(s) we’d like to focus on and then she’ll utilize those types of exercises that target the problem areas we’ve addressed. I get the impression she keeps abreast of the different exercises that are out there to give us more of a variety so we don’t reach a plateau, which has always been my concern with other instructors. She keeps me on my toes and has me so focused on the workout that I find I push myself to strive towards doing just “8 more,” and I leave her class always feeling energetic and exhilarated! Brandi possesses the “whole enchilada” – she’s charismatic, tough, adaptable, observant, knowledgeable, challenging, motivating, and she has a great physique which just reinforces that she knows her stuff!     I make Brandi's class a must do in my week! I actually changed my work schedule so that I could attend her class. I have had worked with many trainers and she is very consistent, energetic, caring, and innovative. I recommend Brandi highly.

    We are extremely fortunate to have an instructor of Brandi's quality at LA fitness in Pasadena. As an exercise enthusiast, I never miss an opportunity to attend Brandi's incredible Body-Works classes. Her professionalism, charisma and infectious enthusiasm inspires each of us to push ourselves just beyond what we perceive as our kinesthetic abilities; toward a level of physical nirvana. Her deftness to accomplish numerous instructional tasks at breathless speeds are amazing. I love the way her verbal and physical instructions are always clear and concise and I appreciate the care she takes to introduce new and exciting movements each week, while at the same time monitoring us for possible injurious positions. I am so pleased with the results I have achieved through Brandi's challenging classes. Brandi is more than just an instructor; she is an inspiration for what we can physically achieve for ourselves, now, and throughout our lives.

    I used to watch Brandi's Saturday class while waiting for the Pilates 11 AM class to began, and then one day I was brave enough to become a participant.

    I worried that I would be too slow, too clumsy and when everyone was going right I would be on the left. I soon discovered that Brandi did not care if one was on the wrong side, but she did care if you were not using the correct form.

    Brandi is an amazing instructor. She looks for those of us who are not using the correct form and will mirror side by side of that person-- a personal trainer approach in a class of many.

    I soon discovered that correct form gave so much more. Her classes have increased my lung capacity and given me better balance, posture and breathing.

    You just can't get much better than her!
