I've worked with individuals at all levels of fitness and with varied health concerns; including cognitive dysfunction, soft tissue injuries, back pain, poor posture, and balance instability. In many cases I begin when physical therapy ends. At our age , I understand what our bodies are going through. My goal is to keep us moving! brad????

    If you want a great workout program with fantastic results then Brad is your man. Brad is extremely energetic and develops a program specifically designed for you no matter what age or physical challenges that you may be faced with. Working out can sometimes be stereotyped as being extremely difficult and not enjoyable but that is not the case with Brad for he always makes each session an enjoyable and productive one. We all know that the United States Marines are physically fit, strong and tough; well our son who is a Marine and worked out with Brad had a difficult time keeping up with Brad’s energy and workout program. With that said each of Brad’s workout programs are geared to each individual in order to achieve the best results so that you feel great about yourself both physically and mentally.

    I would highly recommend Brad to anyone who is looking for an excellent Personal Trainer for the end results speak for themselves.

    When I was in California visiting my mom I decided to join her and Brad for their morning workouts. It was so much fun working out with my mom and to see her do so well at all the exercises! I was so impressed with her strength which her and Brad have been working on for over a year now. She was doing more push-ups than me! I consider myself in shape and have finished triathlons and a marathon but man was I sore after working out with Brad and my mom. He was so positive and energetic; I was smiling through the pain. Hopefully next time I'm in California I can work out with them again!

    While I was in California visiting my mom I decided to work out with her and Brad. It was so much fun working out with my mom! Her and Brad have been working together for a year and I could tell because my mom has gotten so much stronger. She was doing more push-ups than me! It was great to compete with my mom and also get to see just how in shape she really is. It was a wonderful bonding experience and really fun to work out with Brad. I had never done a lot of the things he had us do and oh man were my muscles sore the next day....or two. Hopefully next time I come back to California for a visit I can work out with him and my mom again!

    Brad is a quality person with great character and ethics. In addition to his knowledge of training and the human body... which is vast, he has a great ability to make people around him feel better. Brad's approach is something that I believe that he must have gotten from being a part of a team for many years. He has the uncanny ability to make everyone around him perform their best and feel good about their accomplishments.

    brad's a great trainer, he knows what he's doing and enjoys doing it! his passion is fitness and fun. he has no problem coaching all ages and bodytypes. you won't be dissapoonted in this down to earth, classy, family loving man's work out.
