    From Kristin Ardizoni: One of my personal "bucket list" items was to run a Half Marathon, I would have never been able to get myself physically ready to do that if I had not been working out with Bob. He pushed me with just right amount of motivation. His work outs are challenging and diverse which kept me from getting bored. Every workout would cover such a full body range and I could feel myself getting stronger each week!
    Bob is Great and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Trainer.

    I started working out with Bob about 2 1/2 years ago he is a great motivator and his work-outs are constantly getting more challenging every week. I am in the best shape that I have been in many years Bob's classes are not easy but the results leave you feeling much better about yourself inside and out.. Bob is always there with concern for all of his participants he motivates all of us to push harder work harder and above all get the very most out of our work-out Bob is my hero and I can say I love his classes.     It's one thing when your trainer helps you meet your fitness goals. It's another thing when you stops you from seriously injuring yourself. To me, that's what makes Bob Larsen the consummate fitness professional. I started lifting heavier weights and developed a pain in my rotator cuff. Some people told me, "no pain, no gain." Bob told me to stop lifting immediately! I waited a month, but the pain persisted. That's when Bob told me that I had a serious problem and go see doctor ASAP. Turns out I had two bone spurs in my rotator cuff!!! My doctor said my personal trainer had given me the right advice. Had I continued to lift, more than likely the bone spurs would've torn some tendons! When I had the operation to remove the spurs, they found no torn tendons. Thanks to Bob, I'm in rehab for three months instead of six!!!!

    After spending 14 months training with Bob, I am 100 pounds lighter, 100% stronger, and in better shape than I was as a teenager. I met Bob in a corporate training program where he helped me to lose 90 lbs in 5 months. From there, I did TRX training, Bob's small group, BOOT CAMPs, and am currently in a medicine ball/TRX Rip Trainer Fusion class - all with Bob. This man is all anyone could ask for in a trainer.
