BILL SZCZESNIAK

I currently manage the corporate fitness centers in Northern Illinois for Baxter Healthcare Corporation working closely with the Occupational Health Nurses in promoting Wellness Programs for the employees. I supervise approximately 20 independant contractors who teach group exercise classes and/or personal training. My background is in physical education/exercise physiology from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana and George Williams College. Along with managing the Corporate fitness centers for Baxter, I also conduct Ergonomics Assessments for Baxter employees helping office workers to work more efficiently, safely, productively and comfortably at their work stations. In my time away from work, I coach volleyball at the club and collegiate levels. I have over 20 years coaching/training grade school, high school and club volleyball athletes ranging in ages of 10 - 18. This Fall I will be the Assistant Volleyball Coach at the College of Lake County in Illinois.
