I got into Meditation after reading about its negative effects. I train hard I work hard. Meditation is good for the mind body and spirt. Sometimes when workouts have you hard its good to meditate and concentrate and put all your efforts into giving your exercise all that you can. I use mindfullness to promote overall well being.
