I've been a group fitness trainer since 2001. In 2016 I became a Personal Trainer. I enjoy working with all age groups and all abilities. I tailor each program to fit the goals of my clients. Exercise can be mundane, so I am always looking for new, fun ways to keep it exciting. I enjoy partnering with my clients toward their healthier lifestyle and being a solid support system for them. Everyone deserves support in order to help achieve an improved quality of life.
