I have been working out with Becky for 9 months and have seen great results. Becky is well informed about fitness and nutrition and always had good tips to share. Her workouts have great variety, you will never get bored. She also offers many variations on exercises for each persons fitness level or health concerns. Becky is a great motivator, she knows how and when to push you harder. One aspect of her boot camp classes I really like is that she don't require a lot of special equipment so the exercises can easily be done at home. Becky is a terrific instructor and I would recommend her to people of all fitness levels.

Becky is an awesome instructor. She is knowledgable, patient and understands what needs to be done to obtain one's goals. She has helped me over the past years to lower my body fat, lose weight and become stronger. She pushes me to be the best that I can be. Becky always provides different exercises and strategies while emphasizing a healthy lifestyle. If you would like to change things up, push yourself to a higher level, or just be a healthier person, schedule an appointment or take classes with Becky; she is a great trainer and instructor!

Becky is an EXCELLANT instructor. She takes your workout up to the next level. I recall one workout after a long tedious day --walking out of her class feeling intoxicated. She really made those endorphins kick in. She never just takes you through the physical motions, but engages your mind along with your bodies movement. HIGHLY recommend her for anyone who is bored with their routine. (every class is different) She also will help you adapt to any physical constraints you might be dealing with. I had my first taste of pilates with her too and would recommend this to anyone! SHE ROCKS!
