    Beata is an outstanding instructor, the best I have ever trained with. She develops several exercise routines for you and she tailors the training to your individual skill level and goals. In just ten lessons I improved my balance and became stronger. I really enjoyed learning kettlebell exercises. She continues to answer questions and after I completed my lessons. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get fit or improve your fitness.

    When working out with Beata, you can not help but push your own limits. She is extremely dedicated to staying fit and she used that dedication to support me. She has helped me achieve goals I never thought possible. I am in best shape of my life.
    I was new to Kettlebell when I started working out with Beata. She is extremely patient and willing to take the time to explain proper posture and techniques repeatedly until mastered. When I could not do a move correctly, she took the time to create new strategies that would help me be successful.
    Her workouts are never boring. I was always impressed with the way each workout was totally different. She makes working out exciting. I am truly grateful for everything she has taught me and I know I will continue to learn more with her in the future.

    Training with Beata is incredible. Her sessions are exciting, challenging and extremely diverse. Each session is completely different, and within each session, she does not repeat exercises. She is professional, on time, focused and comes prepped to every session, so that no time is wasted. Beata knows how to push me beyond what I thought were my limits and she is patient and clear with her instruction.
    Even though her sessions are tough, Beata is kind and courteous and I thoroughly enjoy them. I have noticed a significant difference in my body shape and fitness.
    I highly recommend Beata.
