Barbara Fogarty, President of Total Changes Personal Training. holds a B.S. in Sports Medicine and has over 23 years experience working with individuals to improve their health & fitness levels.

I have built a local alliance with physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists and nutritionists by working together with them and you to design the best exercise and nutrition program that fits your life!

My approach to health and fitness is to lead by example. I am a former Tri-Athlete, natural body builder and in 2002 bicycled across the country in 42 days raising $60,000.00 for Camp Sunshine, a camp for critically and terminally ill kids and their families.
