Welcome to my profile page. My name is Beata. I am currently working for Test Fitness Club, Tinton Falls, New Jersey. I have been very successful conducting half Hour and hour sessions with one or two clients at a time. I am currently holding three certifications “Personal Trainer Certification” and “Senior Fitness Trainer Certification” with W.I.T.S and “Personal Trainer Certification “ with N.C.C.P.T. I have been involved in a variety of sports and activities through my life including: swimming, biking, dance, kickboxing, aerobic, strength training and yoga. Ongoing education is the highest priority for me. I am constantly taking advantages of educational opportunities to stay updated on the latest studies in the health and fitness field. My course work has provided me with many skills and understanding of dealing/working with any type of client. I am hardworking and dedicated person with a passion for helping people becoming healthier and more fit.

    Beata is an amazing trainer. I have a lung condition which means I have to exercise with oxygen and when Beata started with me she researched my condition and figured out a great program for me. We have been together almost 3 years. Simply, she has saved my life. Without regular challenging workouts my condition would have left me on the couch immobile. Beata is a smart, sensitive coach. She provides innovative workouts that are fun. I never thought I would say that I look forward to going to the gym, but with Beata, I do!

    I am so happy I have found Beata! I look forward to my two half hour training sessions every week. She is always ready with a challenging and fun work out, workouts that I might not be motivated to do on my own. It is amazing to think of how much we fit into a half hour.

    Beata is extremely knowledgable in her field and I enjoy how she teaches me about the specifics of the exercises and how they affect my body. She is always willing to answer any questions I have about my diet as well.

    Not only is Beata professional, but she is a warm, kind person. There is nothing better than feeling comfortable while working out and that is how I feel each week training with her! Thanks Beata!

    Beata is a awesome trainer. She is kind, friendly, dedicated and has a great deal of knowledge about training. I have been training with Beata for 3 months now. I never get tired of her workouts because she always keeps each session different and new. She evaluates each client, then makes a individual workout chart for them. I have gotten much stronger since training with Beata. She always encourages me. Lately I have been having trouble with my balance, She assures me that with time and through her many different exercises I will master balance. She has patience as well. I train 2x a week with Beata and always I feel great and refreshed upon leaving. If you are looking to get toned, fit or just get your body into better shape, I highly recommend Beata. I dont only consider Beata my trainer she is also my friend.

    Beata is an awesome trainer! I love that I feel like I get a great workout and get my goals accomplished in only half an hour. I was working with Beata to get in shape for my wedding and my husband liked my workouts with Beata so much he started training with her too! Now on our honeymoon we are both in much better shape than when we started about four months ago and will keep training with Beata even now that the wedding is done.

    I love Beata. Her workouts go so fast and are never boring. I feel great and look good! She sends me incouraging txt's and I know I'm not alone. She always listens and has great, simple advice. Always glad to see me even though I complain and gently pushs me to what works for my body. Even on the days I don't want to go, I think of how comfortable it is to be with her and I somehow meet with her anyway. I have a great outlook that I got from just being around her and look forward to achieving my goals that she has made realisitic for me.
