My personal training journey began ten years ago, when I first began to understand the benefits of fitness. I had injured myself, and was told that I shouldn’t be performing any intense exercises. Doctors kept telling me that the pain I was feeling would forever be a part of my life. I refused to believe this. I wasn’t going to be slowed down by my injuries. My goal was to find a way to make my body able to do the exact feats that the doctors claimed I could never do again. I discovered fitness as a source for a cure. By working on my health and improving my lifestyle, I reached limits that I didn't think possible. Personal training helps me share this knowledge to others and show them how to be the best version of themselves.
