    I approached Anne after a 6 week absence from the gym due to hip problems intensified by using the treadmill.
    Anne instructed me to use different cardio machines and gave me strengthening exercise for my hip muscles.
    6 weeks later I am back on the treadmill and doing better then ever!
    With her guidaance I am increasing my strength training and working out longer and harder then ever before.
